Payment Policy

• Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe on its hosted payment page.
• Cash on delivery, where available for your delivery address. You pay when the order is handed to you.

All prices are shown and charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

The total you pay is confirmed at checkout before you place your order. The price charged is the price in our system at that moment, not a price saved earlier in your cart. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS–certified payment provider. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure page and is never sent to or stored by AfriCam Online. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount paid.

Card payments are taken when you complete payment on the Stripe page. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the full amount has been paid.

Cash-on-delivery orders are paid in full when the goods are handed over.

If your bank declines a card payment, no order is confirmed and nothing is charged. You can try again with another card or choose cash on delivery where available. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, contact us before paying again.

AfriCam Online is VAT-registered (VAT No. 4120281691). If you need a tax invoice for your order, email us with your order number.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timelines and details.

To protect you, we may verify an order before dispatch, for example by contacting you. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we cannot verify it or suspect fraudulent use of a card.
