This website (www.africamonline.co.za) is operated by AfriCam Online, a South African company (CIPC Reg. 2015/290244/07, VAT No. 4120281691) at 32 Brigantine Ave, Sun Valley, Cape Town, 7985.

By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are read together with our Payment Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order and, for card orders, when payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or the order cannot be verified. If we cancel, any amount you paid is refunded in full.

Please check your order details, including the delivery address, before placing the order.

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on screen. Prices are in South African Rand and may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Products are new unless stated otherwise.

We accept card payments through Stripe and cash on delivery where available. See the Payment Policy.

We deliver across South Africa by insured freight. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Our Cape Town fulfilment facility does not offer walk-in sales or collection. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Return Policy, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. These do not limit your statutory rights, including the cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the rights for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty that applies to them, in addition to the implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act. Warranty claims do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or normal wear.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. Content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to AfriCam Online or its licensors. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, AfriCam Online is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
